b. Once your request is approved, we will provide you Versus Return Acknowledgement Form with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item(s).

c. Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Be sure to include the RAN provided by our customer support team.

d. Ship the item(s) to the address provided along with the RAN.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
